No Refunds or Returns

  • Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and confirmed, the payment is non-refundable.

  • We also do not accept returns of any products. Customers cannot return products for cash, credit, or store credit.

  • Please review your order carefully before checkout to avoid any misunderstandings.

Exchange Policy – 5 Days Only

We allow product exchanges only within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Customers may request an exchange if:

  1. The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  2. The size does not fit (for apparel or footwear).

  3. The item received is different from what was ordered.

Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number/invoice).

  • Exchange is allowed only once per order.

  • The product must pass our quality inspection once returned to us.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Clearance, discounted, or final-sale items.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration not caused during delivery.

  • Products without original tags, packaging, or invoice.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange within 5 days of delivery:

  1. Email us at [support@email.com] with your order number and reason for exchange.

  2. Attach clear photographs of the product if it is damaged or defective.

  3. Our team will verify your request and share the next steps.

  4. Once approved, you must ship the item back to our return address within 3 working days.

Shipping & Costs

  • If the exchange is due to a wrong item, size issue, or customer choice, the customer must bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong product/damaged/defective), we will cover the shipping charges for the replacement.

  • Replacement will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are allowed only once per product/order.

  • Processing of exchange requests may take 5–7 business days after we receive the product.

  • If the requested size/item is out of stock, we may offer an alternative product of equal value.
