3. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with the details of your purchase.
If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (as per your bank’s policies).

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are in Rupee.
Prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as shown during checkout).
Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated separately at checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD (if available) is subject to courier service availability in your area.
Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
Orders placed with COD may be subject to verification before shipping.

6. Cancellations & Exchanges

We currently do not offer refunds or returns for any orders. However, customers may request an exchange as per our Exchange Policy. If your order qualifies for an exchange, the replacement will be processed once we receive and verify the returned product under the terms of our Exchange Policy.

7. Fraud Prevention

For security reasons, SoulsStitch reserves the right to verify customer details before processing high-value or suspicious transactions.
Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate cancellation of the order and may be reported to the authorities.
